Papyrus has lots of resources around mental health, including what to do if you're feeling suicidal. They have numbers to call for confidential support, advice on how to get help, and downloadable worksheets to support yourself or someone in need. 

CALL 101 IF IT'S NOT AN EMERGENCY

(if you're struggling with your mental health and in need of support)

Students Against Depression have a bunch of resources you can use to keep yourself safe when you're struggling with your mental health, including a printable safety plan you can fill out in your own time.

CALL 111 FOR MEDICAL NON-EMERGENCIES

(if you're looking to find support for your mental health or physical symptoms of things like depression or anxiety i.e. headaches or re-occuring panic attacks)

Remember that it is okay to ask for support, and needing help is not a bad thing.

If you feel like things are getting too much to handle, reaching out is the best thing you can do.
